1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OP TCG Dex (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. OP TCG Dex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the App

2.1 License: OP TCG Dex grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App, including but not limited to hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans: OP TCG Dex offers a PRO subscription service available in two plans: monthly and annual. Prices vary per country and may change over time. Check the price in the app.

3.2 PRO Benefits: By subscribing to the PRO service or purchasing Lifetime PRO, users gain access to the following benefits: (1) Increase base deck and vault sizes to 50 each, (2) Currency converter, (3) Add notes to cards and decks, (4) Access to deck statistics and charts, and (5) Remove ads.

3.3 Lifetime PRO: OP TCG Dex offers a one-time Lifetime PRO purchase. Lifetime PRO provides the same PRO benefits listed above for the life of the App on the account used to complete the purchase. Lifetime PRO is billed once and does not automatically renew. Prices vary per country and may change over time. Check the price in the app.

3.4 Remove Ads: OP TCG Dex offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase that removes advertisements from the App. Remove Ads does not include the other PRO benefits listed in section 3.2. Remove Ads is billed once and does not automatically renew. Prices vary per country and may change over time. Check the price in the app.

3.5 Billing and Payment: Subscriptions will be billed either monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. One-time purchases (Lifetime PRO and Remove Ads) are billed once at the time of purchase. Payments will be processed through the app store from which the App was downloaded. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. One-time purchases do not renew.

3.6 Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time through your account settings in the App Store for iOS users and Google Play for Android users. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term. One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

4.1 User Sign-In: The App offers user sign-in options through Google Sign-in and Apple Sign-in. By signing in using these methods, you consent to the collection and use of your provided information as outlined in these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

4.2 Information Collected: OP TCG Dex may collect non-sensitive personal information such as your email address (provided by Google or Apple), display name (optional), and region (optional).

4.3 Usage of Collected Information: The collected information may be used for account creation, communication related to your account, providing personalized content, and improving user experience within the App.

4.4 Third-Party Services: The App may utilize third-party analytics services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Privacy and Security

5.1 Data Security: OP TCG Dex is committed to protecting your data and will handle it securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5.2 No Sensitive Information: OP TCG Dex does not collect sensitive personal information, such as financial data or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

6. Updates and Changes

OP TCG Dex may release updates, modifications, or new features for the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty, and OP TCG Dex disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OP TCG Dex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
